It seems like they don’t want sell cars to individuals over the phone. Send in several emails and ask for information about the vehicle. Today I called and ask for information about the Gm, finance manager and the owners name. It seems as though Gm. Ronnie was aware of my inquiries however his attitude and professionalism was extremely poor and lacks communication skills . He decide what I was saying was not important and hung the phone on me several times. Poor service and experience.

I have been shopping for over a month for a particular new Tahoe. They were able to assist and locate the Tahoe in another state. They went out of their way to help me. I have always shopped with them over the years and they have never let me down. They're like neighbors to my husband and I, even in the parts department. They will continue to receive my business!

I’d give a zero if I could. Was told I couldn’t get a vehicle had to have a ton of many down and didn’t want to work with me. I called back because my credit score went up 41 points like I told them it was going to because I had paid 2 credit cards off the prior month it just hadn’t posted yet. Still my score was mid 600’s without that. Was very rude didn’t want to help me and told me it wouldn’t make a difference. Went that same day bought a 40,000 vehicle with no money down and good interest rate. Now my credit score is over 700.

Called to get an oil change and inspection and mind you I am certified GM mechanic and worked at Chevrolet dealers in Florence kentucky and Cincinnati, I was going to take them a Camry to have inspection and oil change done, very simple car nothing to it should take about 10 minutes or less.
Whoever was in service pretty much said they cant get parts same day most of the time and in a round about way pretty much said they don’t want the business.
That will be remembered when I go shopping for a new Silverado next year. Some people don’t want to take their vehicles to small shops and would rather have a certified mechanic look at them.
I’d rather spend 100 bucks to get an inspection from a dealer than a free one from a small shop.
Where I worked we took everything it didn’t matter if it was Chevrolet or Mercedes’ we worked on it.

Bought my 1st ( and only newly "new".. vehicle from them, a few years back, Ronnie Price was my sales Representative, awesome experience!
Now, bought an '02 Chevy Silverado LS from a private buy, had a recall on it. I had a couple different GM dealers in my area to choose from for this, I chose Mann ! After calling & talking to Wade Terry, he quickly looked up the issue, had the items ordered and, within a short order, my Silverado was "up-to-par !
Complete professionalism, courtesy and "if".. I should ever buy another new or new-ish, Mann is the place, hands down !
