The most adorable shop ever! There is everything from formal gowns to athletic wear. You can really lose track of time browsing all the clothes, shoes, jewelry, candles, cups, foods, and home decor. The staff is super sweet and helpful. I love the size selection on formals in store and they register the dress you pick so you don’t have to worry about accidentally twinning at your event.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed an order on 10/23. I still had not received tracking info on 11/8 so I emailed. Also commented on her VIP FB page but she deleted it. No reply. The next week I emailed and called. Left my name and # with the person working. Of course no reply. Emailed again on the 14th. Called and finally was able to speak to the owner on the 15th. I did receive a tracking number that day, however the post office has yet to receive the package. I have called and messaged Beverly multiple times asking for an update and then ultimately a refund because I honestly do not want to support anyone who treats customers like this. I still have not received a reply or a refund. It’s been over a month now. I hope yall have better luck purchasing from here than I did.

Brenda was amazing. My girlfriend and I brought her daughter here and the customer service was top notch. Biggest thing was that she was not pushy, extremely helpful and helped her daughter get out of being stuck in one color. We almost drove out to Kansas City but the fact they track what dresses are sold to what school so no one has the same dress is amazing. Prices were not over the top either.

I went in about a week ago to try on dresses for a wedding that I’m going as a guest for. They did not have a great selection of plus size dresses so I didn’t buy one. However, I bought a necklace that I thought would work with a dress I had. I asked before buying if I could return the necklace if it didn’t work out. The salesperson said that I could return it within 30 days if I had the receipt. So I went in today to return it because I found a different dress for the wedding and the necklace wasn’t going to work with it. The two salespeople didn’t even know they did returns so they called someone, who I believe is the owner, and she said yes they did. This whole time, I believed I was going to get my money back because I didn’t need the necklace, however they only give gift certificates for returns. I should’ve asked a week ago if they were going to give me my money back but I didn’t, because if I knew that they wouldn’t give me my money back, then I wouldn’t have bought the necklace. I left the store with the necklace because I didn’t want a gift certificate to the store. I won’t be shopping here again because of this and it’s not like I didn’t have the receipt and it was just a week ago that I bought the necklace.

Great dresses, great prices, and amazing customer service. We got a dress from here the dress was a perfect fit, staff helped my fiancé with the fitting. We have interacted with the owner and the employee and they both are amazing and kind individuals. Well worth the drive.

I went to Magnolias today looking for Fall/Winter attire and I enjoyed the whole experience. I found the perfect pair of boots.. The customer service rep was welcoming and respectful. She attended to my wants pretty well and assisted me patiently while I needed the fitting room. Magnolia's has a wide variety of styles to select from that are affordable. Their clothing is seasonally in style and are priced accurately for the quality of clothing. I recommend shopping here! Great atmosphere. Cute clothing. Their dress shoes are absolutely beautiful!!! Overall, I am satisfied with my purchases!!! And I will be returning to shop at Magnolias.
