Fast and speedy service. I first called Load Pro Trialer sales on the phone the Wednesday before Thanksgiving (2024) and got ahold of Gene. I had a million questions for him about the type of trailer I was looking for, and even called him back again with a few more questions that same day. Each time, Gene was genial and patient throughout each phone call. Very friendly. So, the Friday morning after Thanksgiving, I went to their location in Clarinda and pulled the trigger on buying the trailer I wanted. I was greeted with a smile when I walked in, and it took them only 15 minutes to get my trailer pulled out and put on the spare tire that I wanted with the trailer. The sale went smooth, and I was out after about 5 minutes of paperwork and money trading. Get your trailer from these guys. They don't mess around with you, and the price they quote on the phone is the price you get. They don't add on any hidden fees or anything, at least with my experience. Keep up the good work.

I went to several places and found Load Pro was the best!
Andy was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and really knows all the equipment inside out. No hard sales tactics or steering you towards any particular piece.
He really listens to your needs and gives you the best options based on experience.
I'll only go here for any and all my trailer needs.

Gene was knowledgeable and helpful. They put me on the right trailer I needed at a great price. The purchase was smooth and well worth the three hour trip to get there.
