I called up Lil' Bit of Country Stoves & Fireplaces because our gas fireplace was acting up. The tech showed up, laid down covers to prevent soot, dust and dirt from getting on the floor and proceeded to work on fireplace. Within 10 minutes he found the issue, cleared the blockage issue and had it working perfectly. To make his work even more impressive he vacuumed up inside the fireplace, added fire cloth material to make it look more real and then put all back together. I will be calling these people every year to have our fireplace clean but I highly recommend this company. THANK YOU!!

Great customer service and work performed! We were having some trouble with our fireplace in the house we had bought a couple years ago. A friend recommended calling Lil Bit, and they were more than happy to help out even though it wasn't something they sold. They were able to look at in short order, had everything fixed up and good as new!

Don't order any outdoor furniture from this place. I was quoted 6 to 8 weeks for my chairs I ordered, it's now past 10 weeks from when I ordered. There has been 0 communication, from them to me. The only updates I have gotten from them, are due to me having to contact them.

Had a great experience. Wally came to our house and showed me all the in's and out's with both of my pellet stoves. I hadn't lived there long and Wally didn't sell them to the original owner of my house but he still took the time to show me how to work them and clean them. I would recommend this business to all of my friends and family, Thanks!
