I was in the market for a lift kit on my first truck and when looking on google there was only one installer that had a 5 star review and that was Lexington Lifted and after my experience I can see why. I worked with Jamie and he was amazing. He helped me understand what I was getting, why I was getting that certain thing, and he was able to get me a great deal on everything. I can’t speak highly enough about Lexington lifted and the work they do! My truck also turned out amazing and is everything I wanted in my first ever lifted truck!!

I reached out to Jamie about getting my gladiator lifted. Jamie sent me multiple options, spoke on multiple occasions, sent me reference pictures. But most of all helped me understand all that was necessary to achieve my lifting goal, while keeping my vehicles geometry and capability. I don’t know much about suspension systems but Jamie did everything he could to help me understand. His customer service was amazing. Unfortunately I’m not lifting with his company. Jamie recently traded in a gladiator of his own. While at the dealership he gave it to, to look at the lift/tires/wheels that he used, I decided to trade in my gladiator for his used one. After all the information he has given me for my truck (and on his own) I trust that this truck will be everything I wanted. Because of his help I feel awful that I’m not giving him business right now, but any work done in the future will be with Lexington lifted!!

I have always said, if I can't install an accessory Lexington Lifted can! We have been using them for years and they have helped us from general questions on audio, wheels, tires and everything on accessories. If rebuilding a vehicle with a lifted suspension or modifications to make the accessory they would like to use work they will do that! They take the time to make sure that it is on right the first time!

I have to give this place five stars we had a little mixup on some struts I purchased. I truly think throughout the whole interaction I was dealing with Jamie he fixed the issue faster than me purchasing the original item he went above and beyond to make it right. One of the Best shops I’ve dealt with throughout the whole process. I promise for whatever reason you find yourself looking for quality work and great customer service go to Lexington lifted.
