So Helpful! I've been meaning to take time to write a review. Several years ago, we had a small propane leak just as we were leaving with a caravan of other campers on a 17 day trip. These guys were along the route and a quick hop off the highway. Not only did they take time to help us immediately, but they also noticed something with our towing set-up and made a quick correction by adding a washer. This made a huge difference on how our camper pulled on our trip out west. We can't thank them enough for their kindness. They were happy to help even though we weren't from their sales area. Great customer service!!!

"After 10 years away from camping we just purchased a 2022 Cruiser Aire Travel Trailer. The experience from start to finish was wonderful. Jessica and Michael showed us many travel trailer options and eventually helped us find the one that met our needs the best. The day we picked it up we walked into the dealership to find our names on a board welcoming us to the Lee's RV Family. The friendliness and helpfulness of Tom and his staff made us feel appreciated and valued. Eric, the certified technician, that did the walk thru with us, both inside and out, was very knowledgeable and informative. We appreciated being able to video tape him as he explained important things to us so we have it for future reference. Tom is very personable, fun and easy to work with. He made sure we were happy and satisfied with everything. Zach, assisted us with purchasing some items that we needed for our travel trailer. We look forward to getting on the road, sightseeing and making some new memories with our camper. We are pleased that Lee's RV was just down the road to assist us with this process and it's nice to know they are there should we need anything in the future. "

What a great group of guys!! We were driving down the highway and had some issues with our camper. These guys had an awesome attitude and were eager to help. They got us right with no wait and even gave us tips on how to pull more effectively. They adjusted our mirrors without us even asking and that helped a ton! Crazy how small details matter! Ha.

I was recently in Batesville, In. and thought I needed to replace the RV water pump. I called Lee’s Country RV and then made an appt. for me. Eric was the rv tech. who was assigned and he arrived as scheduled. He let me explain the situation and he quickly diagnosed the problem. It was not the pump but the fresh water inlet. He put in a new one and at first it leaked slightly. He put new pipe tape on and it still leaked slightly. Instead of just calling it done, since the leak was so small, he took the time and patience to do it with something other than the pipe tape. This time it worked perfectly. No leak. He waited around a little bit to confirm no leak. Once we were both convinced of no leak, he made sure everything was back to order and cleaned up any mess he made. Thank you Eric for your work and your honesty. Thanks for getting the job done completely.

Bought a used camper from their lot and from the very beginning they were very responsive in answering any questions. We noticed a few things when we first looked at it which they already had seen and had parts on order to replace. Parts came in and they let us drop it off when we had time replaced all parts free of charge just as they told us they would along with re sealing a window we had found a small leak at. Overall had a very pleasant dealing with all of the staff and the process was extremely easy! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used camper! 10/10

Great place to shop for a Travel trailer or Fifth Wheel...was introduced to some fine product lines Cruiser and Sunset trail by Cross Roads. The biggest surprise was the weight of these units... there was a fifth wheel unit (27MK) that was just barely over my towing capacity of my F150 and of course I love the floor plan...
Sunset trail hit a few out of the park
(SS-291RK)(SS-285CK) both of which I could pull off the lot with in my current F150 truck...absolutely loved the rear kitchen but the island in the center kitchen was a major PLUS.
The sales staff Michael and Jessica Williams we're super people super courteous super informative and very conscientious of the needs of the consumer...
Postscript...Hey Tom... take these fine folks out to dinner and give them a raise!
