The customer service is lacking and communication needs worked on and they don't own there own mistakes they blame the people that on saterday. My shirts where done for 2 weeks and they did not call me or email me. I got one email from them the month and a half that they had my shirts. And the first words that came out of her mouth were "so do you not want them". I did not get a price or a look at the final product to ok it. I am not really happy with my purchase. Now that I have it. I just hope the next person does not feel this way!!

They make you feel like you are at home... Even though there are places in Topeka.. I will still always go here... They make you feel like family! And with my orde of 120 hats they had them done real fast and beautifully done as well!
