I want to say that this is a great shop! I have heart failure and to do anything is an effort,I came out of the dressing room with sweat running down my face was beat red because of my blood pressure,the woman working was so kind and understanding and I was measured and got a great fitting bra,so to the associate that helped me Thank you for a great experience

I cannot speak highly enough of the experience I had at this location. Tara greeted me when I walked in, asked what I was looking for and offered me several options. Additionally she made sure she offered use of a fitting room to ensure my choice fit (thankfully! The first one didn't!) and took the time to address me by name and treated me with respect and professionalism throughout. Absolutely full marks, and as long as I continue to be treated the same, I'll be shopping here for all my clothing needs for years!

Store is declining as well as friendly customer service. Used to love shopping there, now I go to Torrid for friendly service and clothes that are affordable and more my style. The staff actually care and are accommodating and are happy to help always. They actually show you that YOU are their only focus while there. They help to pick out clothes that actually look good and they know what they're doing.

I have shopped this location since it was established and have always received top notch customer service. The ladies in store always go the extra mile to ensure I'm taken care of, whether it be putting an outfit together, grabbing a different size for me, or simply using my name. I have ranged in their largest size to my current 14 and I'm honestly glad I can still shop there. The bra/pantie/lingerie section has really stepped up its game and I rarely purchase elsewhere as their selection will far outlast any other retailer in the plus world.

This store is ridiculous. I live an hour and fifteen minutes from the store so I wanted to call to see if they had a bra in stock because my old one broke and I needed for an event tonight. The lady that answered the phone was rude when I asked her if she could look for me she said yeah and put me on hold. She came back on the line within seconds saying yes they had it. I drove all the way there and guess what NOT THERE. Not only that but they didn't even have any in my size. I asked if they could look in the back and they said there's probably none back there. PROBABLY Needless to say I had to buy a smaller one which will cut into me the entire night and I can't return it. Thats $44 dollers down the drain. Thanks for nothing Lane Bryant I will not be back!!!!

Absolutely horrible service rude they will not stand behind their products if somebody doesn't happen to have their receipt. I was told that the bras I had bought for my wife for Christmas that three out of the six feel apart in the lingerie bag in the washer an the other three the hooks broke an they will do nothing to help me make it right an replace the bras I will never or will my wife step foot in this store ever again better off buying from another store I am out my money an time an purchase

Very pricey. Got sick in there. Would not let me use the rest room. They had 2. Had to go across the street to Kirkland . They were great. Said Lane Bryant did thst sll the time. So sick they walked me to the front door.
