Mr Lam has repaired and serviced my Omega, IWC, Eterna-Matic and Porsche Design. Each transaction has delivered high quality expertise of work at a value significantly less than the manufacturers advertised service rates. Mr Lam does not just hurry through and provide you the minimal service but goes the extra mile to return the watch into service in its best possible form. This is a small boutique shop with some sales but focused on service and repair. Mr Lam is a great value in his expertise and service with a trusted and proven history.

I recently took a watch to have repaired and I was shocked at the customer service I received. The gentleman quoted me $20 and fixed the watch within 10 minutes. He was very kind and honest. I had been to another jeweler who wanted $38 so I was thankful to find this shop. He also gave me a fair quote on a second expensive watch I need repairs on in the future. I will definitely be back.

Needed a custom length chain of non-reactive metal for a charm. Lam was able to get one measured out, cut, proper ends put on on the spot for far less than I expected. Fixes watches too, neat store to look around. Highly recommended, would go there for any repair needs. Friendly, courteous owner.

Holy moly this was A+ service. We had 2 watches that need batteries replaced. We were in the store for no longer than 90 seconds. Both batteries were replaced, the accurate time set, & checked out with amazing speed & accuracy. Highly recommend.

I took my watch for a bracelet repair , costumer service was awesome, Mr Lam knew how old my watch was and mentioned the value of the watch at that time just looking at it, the job he did on the repair was beyond the expected!! his expertise on watches is amazing!!
