Only $5 to put a new battery in my husband's watch! I have 2 watches - the bands are too big. I hope they have a good price to remove links.

Designed my own engagement ring and band with Michael. This is the best place in northwest Indiana. I have also purchased pearls here. And I have a running list of items I want so my husband always knows what to get me. Cannot recommend this place highly enough!!

Mike is something else. Customer service is above a 10. Our 50 anniversary was approaching, I asked Mike to order clock I selected. Didn't make it by our anniversary. He was so apologetic and understanding. When I went to pick up when he was able to get manufacturer to locate and get to the store.....he just said,no charge....... that's Marshall Field's kind of service and something I never wanted or expected..... that's a local business that I will promote and thank and of course my better half is very happy as well. Thank you Mike.

Great service, fine jewelry at reasonable prices. Unique designed selections. Nice selection of hand assembled quality pens that I have not found anywhere else in this area. A friendly, family owned store.

I went here to get gold wedding bands downsized for my soon to be daughter-in-law. The bands came back thinner. They skimmed gold off of them. I suspect to use it for other work. I suggest weighing your jewelry before and after. Weigh them there in front / with them and take pictures with a ruler in your pictures. I was upset for months after the work was done and even today, a couple years later, enough to post this review. I gave them time to rectify the situation, but they did nothing. I wore those rings for 20 years. I know how wide my bands were. The look and feel was significantly lighter.

The kindness of this shop's keepers are beyond ? excellent service.
I stop in on my way back home to Champaign, IL. To just fix my watch band. He not only fix it with a gratifying smile but he said no charge. I will pass it forward. THANK YOU. SIR.
