I had a co-worker refer me here and I've been coming here for well over a decade now. We bought our wedding set amongst many other items here over the years. They have a great selection and can special order anything you can think of. They did a tension setting ring for us many years ago that most people have never seen anything like before and the stone is still holding nice and tight. Their customer service is absolutely the best in the St. Louis area. They typically greet me by name as I walk in the door which is just amazing since I'm typically only in a few times a year. They've taken care of all our jewelry cleaning and resizing needs as well for all these years and everything always come out looking brand new. Despite moving out of the area, I am more than happy to pass dozens of other jewelers and make the drive to see them. If you're a cash buyer, they have always worked out a cash discount too, which is something the box stores absolutely will not do. If you're in the market for fine jewelry, a gift for a special occasion or need repair work done, give them a shot, I promise you will be glad you did.

This place is great with jewelry and sells a whole bunch of other things like clocks purses precious moments in a variety of other great treasures. I'm taking my jewelry up here to get work done and I've also bought jewelry from them. They are great.

I bought a pair of earrings, one broke after wearing them twice. With the receipt in hand, I attempted to return/exchange them. The older lady at the register accused me of "wearing them wrong". She only allowed me to chose incense and nic/nacs for my purchase amount. I won't go back! I can spend my money with merchants who values my business.

Thank you Jimmy for your help! My husband and I took 3 loose stones in to check out ring settings. Jimmy was extremely helpful in helping us pick out a setting that would be able to hold the stones. It only took about 10 days from ordering the setting to having the ring on my finger; and the prices are GREAT!!! I am so pleased!!! I had to thank the jeweler personally for making a dream come true!!! The entire staff is incredible, polite, and wonderful to work with! If you want a custom ring...I HIGHLY recommend L E Smith Jewelry!
