I want to leave a review, I had mixed feelings, after buying a tractor I got at home and it had a plug in the tire. I contacted these guys , and he was nice enough to send me a check in the mail for the tire. I don't think a person could ask anymore from the company like that. I appreciate everyone I think you a lot. I'll definitely buy again, and would recommend to anyone?

Overall it was a decent experience. I felt they really didn’t want to dig into the mower’s problems and was pretty much told to buy a new mower. This mower was over 13k new I’d rather put a couple thousand into it and have a like new mower

Friendly staff on both my visits. Will be buying a zero turn in the near future. Was there looking, received no pressure at all and the employee stayed with me and answered all my questions, knowing full well there wasn't a sale in the works

I can mirror the positives and the negative reviews for Riverside. I had so many positive experiences with them until I called about a Land Pride Tiller. I asked about delivery and immediately got a rude lecture about how they couldn’t do that (even though several things had been delivered to me in the past). This man (I won’t state his name) went off. I even said I would pay for the delivery. Maybe he just had a bad day but seeing as I had given them a lot of business and sent two people to them to buy large tractors it was a little frustrating. I’m not sure I’ll go back to them. Customer service and relations are full time. This was my favorite tractor place. Oh well. Covid changes everything, as that was his excuse.

We have found our tractor repair place!
They picked up our Kubota, did all the repairs we asked for, tuned it up, and got it back to us quickly. Answered all our questions, while treating us with respect.
And best of all, stayed under budget!
Thanks for a GREAT experience!

I took my Kubota tractor in for it's yearly service, dirty from summer/fall mowing , I pick it up today looking showroom clean! Great staff awesome job everyone!

I'm an out-of-towner, but I had just delivered some family stuff to my son. It was loaded on my trailer whitch was just big enough to carry his Kubota zero turn mower. The mower belt had come off track and we had difficulty reinstalling it. I loaded it on the trailer and took it to Riverside Tractors in the nearby Augusta where they quickly stated that this mower was well within warranty. They reinstalled the belt in short order. The two service men i met were very friendly. It was problematic for them too, but they had the right tools. I bought some filters and such for my Kubota mower while I was there.
What a pleasant group of people. Nice town too. It's not on my way to anywhere but I'm glad I had this opportunity.
