we just purchased a newer truck from Koop's today. We couldn't be happier with our experience. They took the time to totally explain all the paperwork to us and made sure it was done properly. We also felt that we received a fair trade for our truck. There are dealerships in the area that could learn some customer service skills from the helpful and happy staff at Koop's. As a tow truck driver it was very easy to find a location and make my way around the lot to get my vehicle dropped. Plus to top it off a very brief but great interaction with one of the staff as I dropped the vehicle off!!! Thank you for making our lives easier and better!!!!!

After a long search for a new auto and visiting MANY dealerships close to home and far away we finally found Koop's Sales & Service. They are a 2+ hour drive from home but worth it! Electric power steering went out on my daughter's car. We took it to a nearby service center in Cedar Rapids that had good reviews. She got a quote for $2,000 to replace it. We paid to have it towed to Koop's and it cost $68 to have them repair it. Day two and it's still working great. Koop's consistently is cheaper, faster and great service!

We have been customers of Koops since they opened. We purchased an SUV from them 1.5 yrs ago and got a great deal with a no hassle, honest car buying experience. Both of our cars get serviced by them. We have referred many of our friends to them to get repairs done and they have been happy with their service and treatment. They are reasonable on price of the repair. With every oil change they let you know anything they found out and things that will be needing repaired/replaced soon. They have great knowlegable mechanics that will show you what needs fixed. If it does not get fixed correctly the first time they go far and beyond to satisfy the customer to make sure they get it fixed right. Great Dealership with great mechanics and staff!
