I fell into a unique and unexpected experience at this shop. Recently got married in September of 2022 on my birthday ran away to Las Vegas for 5 days but that's another story. Focused on getting my wife's wedding set done and a ring for me but not the way that we really wanted it. So we had purchased some diamonds 21 to be exact. They lay in a drawer and a envelope for almost 2 years. Called Kirk and company about the sizing a ring for a little better fit. The people were so friendly and easy to work with. For a totally unplanned meeting and discussion of possibilities. For us everything fell into place like it was magical or meant to be. In less than 3 weeks I had my ring.
Totally exceeded our expectations of my wife and I. My ring was totally changed into something extraordinary. I'd like to say thank you to everyone there and the real Jewelers that did the outstanding work.

Specially ordered jewelry was ordered 2/22 and was told would be in 2/25. Item was not in until 2/27. When asked why order was delayed no explanation was given and nothing was offered by business to make it a better shopping experience. Probably won't be back and will not recommend to friends and family.

Walked in and Brandon engaged me within a minute. Looked at my 30 year old timepiece and wristband and said the problem would take a few minutes to make right. I said OK, and he was back in a few minutes with the watch and band and the problem solved for what I considered to be a very reasonable price.
