I brought my girlfriend (soon to be fiancée) here to browse for engagement rings. We were welcomed by friendly staff and Trish assisted us with our search for the perfect engagement ring. She was very thorough and helped us find a ring that met our exact needs. My girlfriend must have tried on 40+ rings, but Trish shared our excitement through the whole process. Kinley Jewelers made this major milestone even more meaningful and special and we will definitely be back for future purchases.

Had our daughters ears pierced and they did a wonderful job. The whole process was explained step-by-step to our daughter. She was spoken to and not over. We left feeling like we were a part of their family. 10/10 would recommend their business!

I got my ears pierced at Kinley Jewelers and it was a great experience! They had a large selection of earrings to choose from and everyone was very friendly. I was a bit nervous, but the staff made everything much more comfortable. The ear piercings there are professional and accurate. If you are looking for somewhere to get your ears pierced, this is the place!

Trish and Mrs Kinley pierced my ears and I had a great experience! They were so informative and friendly and worked really well together. It’s a beautiful shop and has a great selection of jewelry. Highly recommend!

We had a diamond ring(center) that I bought for a special occasion. Margaret had had a jeweler match our engagement diamond into a wrap. We got the idea to get all the stones in one setting and since we got the engagement ring at Kinley’s we went there. Plus Margaret really want yellow gold prongs instead of white gold. After looking on the internet at a bunch of settings, looking at rings at the store and picking the brains of the owners, we came up with a plan. With some trepidation we left our two rings and traded in an old bracelet to help cover the cost. After a month we got the call and drove the 90 miles, hoping for the best. We were stunned as the ring was more than perfect. They took our ideas and transformed our old rings into a treasure. She can’t stop looking at it.And I am a happy man.

Accommodating and very knowledgeable staff! I actually brought in my original wedding set to be repaired bought from a box store years ago. Jared and his staff educated me on why that happened - and the box store should have told me the ring I had wasn’t good for resizing and the prongs weakened during that process. Not only did they help me pick out a new set, make sure resizing it wouldn’t compromise the quality, but they also volunteered to stay open a little later to accommodate my working hours. I ended up walking out with a beautiful teardrop necklace too! Plus, they have a crazy amount of inventory from new to vintage. Neat and unique pieces. Thanks to you, your fam, and your staff for an awesome experience.

My husband and I absolutely love our wedding bands from Kinley Jewelers. The process of picking them out was so easy since Bill and Jared immediately picked up on our styles and knew which rings to suggest. Bill had the keen eye for suggesting a wedding band that perfectly complements my engagement ring which is a family heirloom. Love these guys and their warm customer service is bar none. They invited me to come back any time for free cleanings. Such a gem to have in Williamsport!
