I came in and there was absolutely no jewelry, and I asked if he had a certain jewelry I was looking for and he told me they have no jewelry. Mind you their hours are 10am-5pm. I came in at 1pm.

I brought a ring in to be looked at. The owner assured me that he could successfully take the diamond out without damage but then did so much damage to the ring its depreciated the value. If you are considering this store do yourself a favor and run for the hills

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Dropped
Off a 22 inch sterling silver chain to get clasp fixed. Went to pick up the chain and it was not the one I dropped off, looked like stainless steel. Do not recommend. Doesn’t even weigh the same.

Very rude!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would! Went in to buy some jewelry for wedding gifts for my sister and her fiancé. The man/owner/worker asked what nationality we were. I’m assuming he wanted to see if we were Viet. We told him no. Asked to look at gold necklaces and earrings. Brought out 4 different kinds with different sizes, karats, and weight. For some reason all the necklaces were the same price. We asked him to weigh it. As he went back, we could hear him cursing at us Vietnamese. We’re not Viet but it doesn’t mean we don’t speak the language. When he came back, he said it was still the same price even though it weighed less, plus an additional 2% fee if we paid by card. He wanted us to go to the bank and pay cash for everything. We told we’d come back but we never will. My mom couldn’t believe how rude and disrespectful that man was.

The owner here is EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!! I felt very uncomfortable and awkward during my experience! I would choose to buy my jewlery somewhere else. Its not worth the disrespect. I heard he was rude before I should have listened.

Bought a "Sterling silver ring" turned my finger green , "they're metal tester showed it as Sterling silver" , I had already been to another shop her high tech , that tested it for me told me it was mostly copper, the owner came out and cut the ring my chistmas gift in half, refused to give if back . Did get my money back but wont be returning,

My wife Dropped off a sterling silver Cuban link chain 22 to get the clasp fix. When we returned to pick it up we got back a stainless steal steal chain. That looks nothing like hers.... didn’t weigh the same or anything... THIEVES
