Sadly, it seems their online availability is grossly incorrect. I was looking for 3 items, the website said in stock. Drove over an hour to only find out they were not "found in the system." The lady helping me was very helpful. The other lady acted as if I inconvenienced the store for even asking. It was almost as though it was upsetting that I'd expect their website & their inventory to be correct.

This place offer so much. You can always find that perfect card for the perfect occasion in a hallmark store?this store also offer a great selection from mugs, purses, chocolate. Great gift selections!!

I simply tried to call the store to ask a question. The owner (I recognized her voice from previous encounters) answered the phone by saying the store was opening late and that they don't check on the availability of ornaments. She then asked if that answered all my questions. Nothing else was said, not even a hello. I hadn't even said a single word yet. I was caught off guard by her rudeness. I didn't even respond and just hung up the phone. I used to do a lot of business with this location but quit because of this same rudeness from the owner. Shop for your Hallmark stuff online and avoid this place. There's no reason to need to deal with Kadels anymore.

The ladies in here are incredibly sweet. It's a very calming and quiet environment. They sell these cute little mini cards that I like to give to people. They also have really great fudge. There's a vanilla cherry walnut one that will knock your socks off!

This has got to be my very favorite store. From the very nice employees who always know me when I go in the door and take extra terrific care of everything I pre-order or need to find to the terrific owners who make you feel so special for shopping in their store. Their ornament premiere in July is one of the nicest store gatherings you will ever be blessed to attend. I just pray they never close their doors. I started ornament collecting in the 1970's for myself, then for my children and now I am blessed to be starting collections for my grandchildren. Thank you Kadel's Hallmark. I really appreciate you and always remember to tell my friends and customers about you.
