Katie and her staff are such a joy to work with. I came in to have my engagement ring and wedding band resized, as well as to get an anniversary band to wear with them. They helped me find just the perfect ring! Katie even customized the ring to match with my engagement ring, replacing a few of the diamonds with rubies. My original rings haven't looked so shiny and beautiful in a long time. The whole time they listened to what I wanted and envisioned, and then made that a reality. Later, my daughter and I came to do matching anklets with the Forever Jewelry. Again they listened and helped us pick something just right. I will certainly come again for any jewelry needs I may have.

I scheduled an appointment to get some forever jewelry done and I was SO impressed. The ladies working the event were so kind, fun, and easy to talk to. They were very helpful and were happy to talk to you about their business and what they have to offer. I ended up having Katie work on my wedding ring and she had it done in 5 days at a more than reasonable price! She works on the jewelry in store, so it doesn’t have to be shipped out, which I love! I have officially found my new jeweler!

Custom jewelery (look in the amazing display case to the left of the door) gorgeous mainstream quality jewelry. I had a repair done to an antique opal (many jewelers don't want to work on this piece because of it being a little more fragile) she had no qualms and did a wonderful job, with a fair price and quick turn around.

What a treasure! After attending Katie's opening, I knew I needed to bring her a ring. Talk about precious cargo! May late Grandpa left me his masonic ring when he passed away. I have been scared to let anyone touch it, even though the size was not right. Katie was immediately trustworthy to me.
I took her Grandpa's ring and she did perfect. Actually, even better! Not only did she call me the very next day to come pick up the ring, but the size was still not right. It just needed a slight adjustment. She immediately said, "NO, I want it to be perfect!" She kept the ring one more overnight and when I tried it on, it was just like it was custom made for me. I can finally wear a ring that my Grandpa left me years ago.
She did so good, that my wife took her wedding ring in for re-sizing, as well. Katie made it fit perfectly within 48 hours, and the prices were extremely affordable. We are very blessed to have Katie here in Andover.
