Wonderful experience!! Having the expertise of a real jeweler walk you through the details of the market and their capabilities is an incredible difference. I’ve never experienced anything like this at the “chain” stores. What a blessing for Centralia and the surrounding area or anyone on the web for that matter.

My wife was able to get an amazing customized set put together that we will cherish forever. Admittedly we are doing better financially now after 26 years of marriage and I’m excited to find Jeremy Johnston and his wonderful team to help with the well overdue upgrade. The patience displayed with us in the process was incredible!

Needed a new battery in my Casio and googled Johnston Jewelers. It was about 50 miles round trip to this store but a nice day for a ride. I first called the store to make sure that they can change the battery. When I got there I was helped right away. I gave the watch to a sales person and she went into the back room and came out and asked if I could come back in an hour where upon I told her that I just drove 25 miles to get here. She then made the effort to get me a new battery which I appreciated. After about 15 minutes another associate (very friendly) came out and presented me with my watch which was now set to the correct date and time and running. I also appreciated this extra step. The store had plenty of parking and was easy to get to and would highly recommend this establishment!

I've shopped and bought here many times! The staff are so helpful and nice. They treat us as friends with absolutely no pressure! Had my wedding ring repaired here and it looked fabulous when I picked it up! Love this place!!!

I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked in. They had exactly what I was looking for! I had already been to 4 other stores. The price was at least 50% less than similar items I viewed at other stores. They even gift wrapped. I’m very happy!

I had the best shopping experienced with Johnston Jewelers. They took care of me like ? a VIP. I had reservations when it comes to buying jewelry online but somehow Johnston Jewelers made me feel at ease and answered my questions in a VERY professional way. They go above and beyond to resolve my minor detail issues and I can’t say enough how thankful/grateful I am that there is still such thing as customer service. My mom love love love the piece that I got for her for Mother’s Day which was a 24” 14K Gold 2.5mm Lite Round Box Chain with Lobster Lock. It’S BEAUTIFUL and Johnston Jewelers did not let me down. Thank You Very Much ?from a very very HAPPY customer. ?
