I had a watch that the crown and stem had fallen out of. I had taken it to several high-end jewelry stores and they said they could do nothing for me. I was upset as this was a fairly expensive watch and a favorite of mine. I took it to John and for $55 he fixed it same day! Fantastic service.

Got my G-shock battery replaced and had a good experience - fast and cheap as everyone else mentions. I went swimming the next day and water leaked into the watch, completely ruining it. Went back to the shop and owner said it’s ’just one of those things’. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Beware if you have a simple procedure like a battery replaced your watch may be ruined by John.

Brought a 1960's Cyma in for a cleaning and service.
Not as common of a watch to repair but they cleaned it, and were able to straighten the hairspring that was bent.
The watch now keeps respectable time and runs like a champ.

Went in to fix a random old watch that I knew nothing about. The gentleman fixed it in about 10 mins with a new band. Without asking he told me everything about the watch and just charged me for the band.

Would go back without question. Even for new watch purchases.

Wow such a unique experience. he will get you in and out in seconds for a very fare price. I was so shocked at the quickness and price for my battery. His office / studio is very artistic, has a lot of character and an "at home" feel. you can tell he has a passion for the trade. Will be back for all my future watch services and will reccomend again and again to anyone.

First time here and the guy was rude, never once did he even look at me let alone look me in the eye, it seemed like I was bothering him when I needed a new battery for my watch, didn't greet me when I got there or say thank you when I left, and acted like I was an idiot for not knowing the intricate mechanics of a watch.The energy when I walked in was thick like an argument just happened. I will never be back and I will tell everyone about my experience. It's sad too because I need new batteries in more of my watches.
