Took my rings to get un-soldered and look at what they gave me back! Looks like the older gentleman that did my ring put the prongs or something on too tight and shifted my diamonds. Now, I’m just waiting for all the stones to fall out one by one now, all thanks to the awful job that was done to my ring! No way I, or anyone wearing a ring can do this kind of damage. This damage is 1,000% done by whatever device the jeweler used on my ring.

Makes me sick knowing the “repair guy” knowingly did this to me and many others and didn’t say a word, or even try to fix it. You can tell he has no pride in what he does on other people’s property. Not only did I pay $50 for un-soldered, guess I also paid $50 to have someone damage my ring and even though my ring didn’t cost an arm and a leg, now I have to spend more money on getting it fixed else where. No telling how much this will cost now.

1.Shame on me- for not reading all the negative reviews before bringing my ring in, because you’ve done this numerous times before on other rings that were brought in.
2.Shame on you- for thinking this kind of business is ethical, according to all your previous replies, knowing good and well, you like to manipulate the situation and play the victim, when customers bring to your attention the damage that was obviously created by this “repair store”.

Own up and take accountability for once! For all the damage that was done in your hands- for all the innocent people that trusted you with their valuables. Take accountability due to the lack of care and professionalism, and do better!! Like you’ve said in a previous paying customers reply…. “I will pray for you”

Edit: My husband just Googled how to unsolder rings by professional jewelers and this is the method, so makes total sense on all the damage spots on my ring. Picture is added below.

Edit to response: Here’s my bank statement and copy of my receipt! Do you need more proof, because I have it all? Want the photos timestamped of how my ring was brought in to you vs. when it was picked up as well? Secondly, why would I call to have you fix this?!! Are you freaking kidding me right now!!? And what, mess it up even more than you already did? I would have crumbs of a ring left by the time the jeweler got his hands back on this ring. Anyone with a logical brain would stay far away from this despicable “repair shop” after damaging someone’s jewelry that was perfectly fine when brought in

Update response to your edited reply: Comical isn’t it that you came back to edit your response and try to say I left a negative review for the wrong store and how I was never a customer, and once I presented my proof that I had the correct store, you then tried to gaslight me. LoL!
I had a set of twins at the very end of October. Only reason I’m posting my review now is because I have time to do so. Yes, this current ring (Angelvcci) that you damaged is cubic zirconia (still cost $487.00 not including taxes and the matching band), because my real wedding set that cost $7,836.00 didn’t fit while I was pregnant and probably won’t for a while. But again… why the heck would I call the manager/owner to fix my ring after you knowingly damaged my ring to fix it! Make that make sense!
Ummmm….. Have you not read all your other negative reviews and clearly see that other customers had almost the exact same issues as my ring? It’s called accountability, something this place doesn’t have!

I got ring fixed which made it look brand new! I love it,it is so special to me because it was late grandmother ring. I also got my necklace engraved with my late pets name. It looks so good! So grateful!

This place is amazing. The staff was friendly and customer service was great. I went in to get rings resized and they recommend getting them dipped to brighten them up. Upon receiving them the rings, they fit perfectly and looked brand new for 40 year old rings! I was able to pick them up the next day which was faster than expected and the cost was very reasonable. 10/10 recommend. I have nothing bad to say about my experience.

I came in to get my ring sized. The ladies there took great care of me and got it done by the next day! Previously, my mom and I went in to get the clasp on my necklace fixed. Another jeweler quoted $120 to fix it, when we brought it here the nice employee fixed it with needle nose pliers in 2 minutes and didn’t charge us! They’re awesome!

I went in the day after Christmas to have a ring sized and everyone was so nice. I wasn’t sure how long it would take and I was told to give them an hour. My kiddo and I walked around the mall and within 45 minutes, they called my cell and told me it was ready. They did an amazing job and I highly recommend them. I would never go anywhere else.
