Came in to have a clasp repaired on a necklace. The jeweler came out and looked at it. Took it to the back and after only a few moments came back. He handed it back to me and said no charge. I greatly appreciated their hospitality! I would highly recommend this place. Thank you!

My fiancé proposed with his grandmother's ring, a wedding band and engagement ring, which were fused together. We had gone into store, Loretta and Terry were very helpful and knowledgeable in regards to maintaining the integrity of the ring whilst resizing and keeping them fused together. They were also able to replace a missing diamond at an affordable price. It took four weeks for the work to be completed but the quality of the work is outstanding! The ring looks absolutely stunning and is sooo sparkly. Would highly recommend!

I am a 74 year old widow. I lost a diamond stud earring that my late husband had giving me on our wedding date 41 years ago. I had the engagement ring and wedding band with a diamond that matched closely to the remaining earring. The gold in the ring was worth $225. They put the diamond in an earring setting for the gold and did not even provide the backs! They offered to sell me the backs for $38 each. I will never use this jewelry store again! Clearly taken advantage of! The woman at the front just walk off and left me standing there. She then waited on the next customer. Very rude.
