I want to leave a review but also to express my gratitude to Debb and Ryan of J.C.'s Jewelry & Repair. I lost my father in December '20. He received an incredible honor at his funeral: a Military Final Solute. The volunteers who fired the rounds gave his children and widow the spent brass rounds. I took them to J.C.'s to see if they could fashion them into a cross as a way for me to memorialize my father. They did a great job and honestly, after seeing the final product (pictured), I am at a loss for words. I am grateful they took such great care of this order. It was worth the wait. They took care to ensure also that the cross can be easily removed for cleaning. I would recommend them to anyone for new jewelry purchase, jewelry repair, and custom jewelry jobs such as mine. Absolutely impressed with their customer service. And their ability to stand behind their product. I was looking for an engagement ring and went to a bunch of other places. Where are they gave me the runaround. And I went to a high-end jewelry store and they act like they didn’t wanna help me at all. But this place right here walked me through everything and I found the perfect engagement ring. I will continue to do business with them in the future and anybody who asked me do I know a good jeweler or jewelry store this place is the first name coming out of my mouth.

I recently found my grandfather's watch that had been sitting in a box for 40+ years that I wanted to pass down to my son. I took it to them to have the battery replaced and when they popped the back off, one of the brackets holding the watch to the band snapped off. They told me that due to the age of the material, they weren't going to be able to fix it. I was devastated and after explaining the importance of the watch, they assured me they'd do everything they could to make it right. Fast forward 2 weeks and the watch is completely fixed; can't even tell it was broken! I would highly recommend J.C.'s and will absolutely go back!

Fixed a chain of mine same day I brought it in and everyone was extremely helpful and nice. They even helped me identify stones in a family heirloom ring. Really quick and efficient!

Update- went back over a year later and they did an amazing job fixing up a sentimental watch and getting it looking brand new. Will be back

Dropped off multiple pieces for repair and picked up the following day. Couldn't be happier with service. Very informed staff, fair pricing, and great atmosphere. Added a bracelet to my wishlist and will no doubt return to do business with in the future.
