5 stars just isn’t enough! James Wolf Jewelers exceeded our expectations so much … absolutely amazing experience with our wedding bands and engagement ring. Natalie was just the sweetest and even when I made a mistake she jumped through hoops to help me end up with a set I completely love. She certainly didn’t have to do that for me and I am so thankful for their gorgeous selection and absolutely amazing customer service. We will be loyal customers for life! 💙

Can’t recommend this place enough. First, the staff are all SO kind and extremely knowledgeable. I brought in a family heirloom ring to be resized, and WOW. I was amazed. It fit perfectly, no issues, and the sapphire was sparkling again for the first time in over 25 years (since it was last cleaned). They also offered to clean my engagement ring for free, (again, so kind) and now she’s sparkling again like the first day I got her. Amazing. I will absolutely be back.

James Wolf Jewelers did a wonderful job resizing my wedding band! The work was done in less time than they quoted! In addition to the resizing they cleaned and buffed the band to a beautiful shine. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend and will definitely use their services again.

Great service and store front! I had a great experience doing repairs on my jewelry here. Make sure you tell them as much information as possible and make sure they write it down. I asked for minimal to no cleaning to save the factory patina and received a cleaned piece of jewelry. The patina is ruined but fixable which is no problem. In hindsight, I should’ve been more adamant about the cleaning of the piece.
