We have been return customers at James Martin since getting my engagement ring in 2008. I love the product and service. They are so patient and let you spend as much time as you need picking out items, trying them on and changing things out. It is always fun to visit, and i love that they have a "wish list". Beautiful high end jeweler!

We have shopped at James Martin Jewelers for years. The staff are always friendly & helpful. Earlier this year I shopped for a new loose diamond for our upcoming 25th Wedding Anniversary. The stone was beautifully set in a band and I then worked with Samantha & Lucas to find the perfect cathedral jacket. It's absolutely gorgeous!!! When you walk in the door and all the employees are excited to see how you are going to react to your new ring is priceless! I'd share a pic but it's in the safe until the big day in a couple of weeks. I'll follow up with a picture after our reception ?

They turned a gold necklace that was a gift from my grandmother into two custom made bracelets for my son and new baby cousin. Beautiful jewelry and the staff is wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I've had repair work done there as well and they've done a great job. I also like that I can support a local business with personal service you wouldn't find in a big chain store.

I discovered this Jewelry online, there were a few rings I wanted to see as possible wedding band. Laney greeted us and worked with us. We viewed the rings I had seen online but decided against. Laney gave us her full attention. Got to know us, allowed us to decide what rings we wanted to view. She answered our question, never pressured. we were delighted to find a beautiful ring for our wedding.
