This is the closet beauty supply store to me but I would rather go all the way out on Indian trail before I spend money here. They watch your every move as if you’re about to steal and if you or your child touch anything they ask you not to touch….my 3 year old seen some beads she wanted to try (even tried to directly tell my 3 year old…don’t ever direct anything to a child. Talk to the parent) They are rude and shouldn’t run a business if you’re so worried about something being misplaced wrong or stealing. The one out Indian trail are always kind & make sure you leave happy…

Uncomfortable place to shop at. Not to mention they don't stand by what they sell. If you buy a flat iron and it only works for a week, they will not refund you or allow you to exchange it. I will never return.

Don’t come to this store. They treat people of color as a thief. The minute I walked into the door they had their eyes on me. The only reason I went there was to buy wig caps, and as I was looking for them I noticed wigs to look at. I spent 10 minutes looking and trying to decide whether or not if I want to purchase one. Out of my sight, a young lady appeared to ask me if I need help. Then as I navigated through the store she did it again. I guessed I spent too long in the store. So, I hurried to find the wig caps. When I located them I couldn’t decide which one I want to purchase. The young lady appeared again. I had enough! I went to cashier to pay for my cap. He told me the limit to use my debit card was $5. Ridiculous. There’s no way I would give that store an extra nickel of my money. They can keep the cap. I went to Jim Dandy’s . It’s a good thing they don’t have a limit of how much to spend. By the way, the wigs are ugly

This is my 3rd time there and my last time i bought some lux edge control the black man said its was the same as touchdown edge control so i said ok it was not to leave flakes so i kept calling no answer i called then a lady answered told me i had to call the company so i had them on a three way anyways all i wanted was a exchange and the lady in the store says all hair is different i know this so i exchanged for something else i would never go back she doesnt care about the customer they just need to honor what they are selling.
