I had an awesome experience with Issac after a horrible experience with the Diamond Ring Store in St. Matthews. I walked to the counter he was extremely friendly welcoming and made sure I left with a smile. I hardly never stop at kiosk to shop but this is one time I am glad I did. Issac fixed my bracelet I got for my anniversary 3 month prior from the diamond ring store for 45.00 which they wanted to charge me over 100.00 to repair. All in all I left with a new bracelet and fixed bracelet and he earned a customer for life.

I’ve been going to them for 10 years. To start it was just to get a starter silver rope chain from Carrington. He’s the man. Due to how genuine he is, and how helpful he is every piece of jewelry I have bought since has been from intrigue only. He’s just good people man. Iceman the owner is great too and always is great to me! They have always looked out for me, so if you are looking for quality jewelry there’s not a better place in the city!
