This place is absolutely incredible! I’ve lived in Cinci for over a decade and have wanted to visit this store for years and finally did recently, only to wish I had hopped in earlier!

The quality and selection of items is magnificent - there is a good mix of local artists and those from outside Ohio, or some that are from Ohio originally but located elsewhere now. Each display will tell you the artist and where they’re from, and when you purchase something they will include a card with the artist info 🙂

Many of the artists I recognized from purchasing items from them at places like Summerfair, the Sauerkraut Festival, OFF Market, Crafty Super Market, Clay Alliance Pottery Fair, EWH Winterfest, etc… and it’s so lovely to be able to see curated collections from them year-round!

I’m partial to jewelry and pottery and they have so many unique options. Nothing is drop-shipped here, and I think the pricing is more than fair. They seem to get inventory frequently as I’ve been in about 3 times in as many months and I always find a bunch of items I didn’t see last time. You’re guaranteed to find something here that you’ve never seen before, and everything I’ve bought always garners tons of compliments.

Quick edit: forgot to mention that they gift wrap! So adorable — I got a set of woodland tarot cards as a gift and they wrapped it with brown paper and used raffia ribbon and tied a little pinecone to it!

Cincinnati is lucky to have this type of store and I will continue to support it!

Such a unique and adorable shop. Love being able to shop handcrafted art. Some local and some not. Great atmosphere and staff is super friendly. And they have a cat!

A cute little gallery that I visit every time I’m in town. Mostly because my mom collects these Tiles made by a local artist that feature Cincinnati landmarks that I will freely admit are awesome. I’ve even found a couple things in there that I liked and got for myself like this cute little ornament of Godzilla attacking Cincinnati. Hilariously I showed it to my girlfriend and she joked that it was the most Me thing she had seen. They also have a cute little shop cat who is an absolute sweetheart.

Indigenous is an awesome store filled with creative pottery, jewelry and other items created by regional artists mostly from Ohio. It's a perfect place to buy a gift that was made locally.

My daughter and I live this store so much. I love to support artists while making sure I get loved ones and friends unique gifts they will always treasure. There is truly something for everyone. The people who work there are so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about the artists and their work. It is one of my favorite places in the city!

A really good selection of work by local artists. Their inventory changes quite often, so you have a large variety of things available throughout the year. Things can be expensive, but there's so much at Indigenous that is unique and well-worth the money. I always stop by during the holidays - they have a great selection for everyone I get gifts for.

The owners and employees are very nice and helpful. I love stopping by whenever I get the chance.
