I have gone here for years. Service has always been good and I have been pleased with the work on my cars. It’s the only place I do oil changes or tires. They do what they can to give good tire prices. But to be honest I really felt grateful when we bought my first car there. We have bought 2 . One sold to us by Philip we were pleased with the service . He treated us right . Then The first newer car I ever owned was purchased here only had a few thousand miles . It was sold to me by Kevin and I was nervous about it just because it was a newer car. Kevin treated me right and was able to get me a good deal on the purchase of the extended warranty. Buying a newer car is something I should have done ago. I was so happy with my buy . I most definitely will be returning to buy my next one . I am so appreciative.

i do not recommend hutch ford in west liberty at all. we dropped our truck off about a month ago, the only thing that needed fixed was the ac compressor and the rear end. remind you they never called to let me know anything i had to call them, and when we dropped the truck off it never had a vibration in the rear end nothing like that was wrong. i called to get an update and they told me about the vibration and i tried to tell them that nothing like that was wrong when i dropped the vehicle off. we get a call to come pick it up today so we go to get it and after paying what we have to pay we got in the truck to see that they are grease stains in our seats that was not there when I dropped it off, and that our panels on the inside had not been put back on. And the vibration that’s now in the rear end is terrible and it’s because they did something. They kept trying to argue with me that we told them they was a vibration in it knowing dang well that I knew they wasn’t a vibration when dropping the truck off.

I called here interested in a particular SD truck they had. My contact was Phillip and after talking to him I felt like he was a knowledgeable, friendly, sort of guy who wasn't salesman pushy. I had been looking for this truck for quite a while, but, the one they had was diesel and I decided that the big gas 7.3 was more what I wanted. He went to the trouble of pricing and looking into my discounts where I work for a Ford supplier.
Because I liked his attitude and demeanor, I decided that if I had Ford build a truck for me, that he would be the person that I went through. At the time no rebate was offered and I decided to wait to see if one would be in the near future. While waiting, I found a truck at another dealer with about everything that I wanted in a 2022 brand new with rebates. I decided to get that truck since it was what I wanted and was sitting there in front of me... but, my son may be getting another truck in the next year or two.
I intend to call Phillip if my son does want to build one because the guy just seems to be down to earth. I even called him from the other dealership to discuss my situation and he offered me some advice on my purchase.

Not a bad way to purchase new vehicle. Order and get what you want in color and options. The vehicle arrived ahead of schedule and the people at West Liberty Hutch Ford dealership in Kentucky were very helpful introducing me to my new Bronco Sport. Had my Car in to fix a tire that was not properly mounted The service manager (Lee) was very kind, professional, and prompt in rectifying the situation at no charge. Great service !! Highly recommend Hutch Ford service department. And recognition for Lee the service manager!
