Recently, I went in to see about getting a diamond reset . The man behind the counter and I spoke for a minute, and then he went over to the computer and started looking g things up. The whole time he was searching, he sat there huffing like it was an inconvenience to him. After a few minutes, he over to continue talking to me. As he explained what he could do to rework my diamond, he said, " Well, if you are freaking out over $1500.00, then you probably don't want to do this." I had never said a word other than okay. I'm not sure how he came to the conclusion that I was freaking out over the amount, but I will never go back there.

I lost a small diamond on my wedding band. I got an estimate from a big box chain that told me there were all sorts of problems with the ring and gave me a ridiculous price to fix it. I went to Holman Jewelers and they were completely honest, charged me only for the repair that needed to be done, were a 1/3 of the cost quoted to me by the large chain, and had it done ahead of schedule. I won't go anywhere else from now on.

I dropped my ring off to be resized on a Saturday and it was ready on Tuesday. Great and quick service. My ring is beautiful and you can’t even tell they resized it. Thank you Holman Jewelers for giving me the ability to be able to wear my grandmothers ring that was passed down to me- it’s so clean, shining and looks brand new. I will be returning for any of my future jewelry needs.

I have been going to this jewelry store since I was a kid. My parents also shopped there and I have continued going there. They have done repair work and resizing for me and it’s all been perfect.

My father had recently passed and I took his watch in there to have a couple links removed so that I could wear it. The man helping me noticed that the back had been engraved with a company name and dates of employment (it was dads retirement watch) and he said they provide the watches for the company my dad worked for. I let him know my dad had recently passed away and I wanted to be able to wear his watch that I felt ready to wear it. When he was finished removing the links, I asked him what the charge was, and he said no charge. It was the kindest thing. And I haven’t forgotten it and still think about that small but so significant act.
