I’m not the biggest watch guy, but bought this 1983 Seiko Quartz at an estate sale. Had a dead battery and was dirty. Brought it to High Grade Watch Repair and received first class service from Paul and Hutch. The battery had been in the watch for almost 30 years and they changed it, oiled the gears, and cleaned the watch extremely fast. I highly recommend bringing your watch here for anything you need. Great warranty policy and these guys know what they are talking about with over 35 years of experience. Not to mention the place is family owned. To me, no other place compares!

Highly recommend! I was gifted my grandmother’s vintage watch but it was a bit too big for me. He was able to adjust it in 5 minutes with no appointment needed beforehand. He was very friendly and the price was extremely fair as well. I’ll be coming back and would recommend to anyone that needs anything done to their watches.

I have an automatic skeleton Hamilton that was running a little slow every week or so. Brought it to high grade watch repair and they recommended servicing. I went ahead with the service since I’ve had the watch for about 8 years now. After I picked it up and checked everything out it felt like I had a brand new watch. I don’t remember the watch being this clean on the inside and counter weight looks like it rotates so much smoother too. I’m very happy I brought it in to them for service because they gave me a lot of great tips too for longevity and less maintenance. For sure will be bringing all my other watches to them in the future. Highly recommend!

I just had the best experience at High Grade Watch Repair. Hutch was a joy to work with. Very knowledgeable about my Cartier and was able to replace the battery without having to send it off. Wow!! Amazing Service! Highly Recommended High Grade Watch Repair 🤩. My watchmaker was Harry. He greeted me with a big smile. He was so polite, professional, and personable. I went in to get batteries replaced in two of my GUESS watches. He handled my watches with care and serviced them in a very timely manner.
They had a very clean and neat waiting area with big comfy chairs and water! (See video) I was impressed with the water cooler. Nice perk! Great conversation, Great price, I am so glad I found this repair shop! I will definitely be returning in the future!👍 👏 😍

Very knowledgeable family run business. Prices are reasonable and honest. They kept me informed about the process along the way and took their time to get it right. Don’t expect a quick turn around because they are popular and again, take time (which obviously you don’t want to rush a nice watch repair). They keep your watch secure in a vault as well 👍
