When my husband & I were planning to look at engagement rings, we didn’t even think to look anywhere else but Herteen & Stocker Jewlers. We have been customers of theirs for years and have built great relationships with the staff there. Kate & Elly worked closely with us while helping us pick out an engagement ring and our wedding bands. Both of them gave us as much time as we needed to thoroughly look through nearly all the rings in the store, finding the perfect rings for us. Kate & Elly have great communication and called us promptly when our rings were ready for picked up. They are always willing to clean my wedding ring if I just pop in the store to say hello! At Herteen & Stocker, all the staff always greet us with a smile and create a friendly atmosphere in their store. I recommend them to all my family and friends!

Great experience with Herteen and Stocker, I got an engagement ring custom made and they made exactly what I had in mind. Then a while after I got married we wanted to get a matching wedding band, and it was a no brainer to go with Herteen and stocker even though we now live across the country. They still had the files to make one that perfectly matched. Great customer service. They also replaced a small diamond that had fallen out of our engagement ring without cost or question.

They are reliable, friendly, prompt and feel “like family.” In addition to the wonderful customer service, their vast selection of jewelry is absolutely stunning!
