Craig and Janet at Hellman Clothiers really know how to provide an absolutely stellar customer experience. Entering the store, Janet was extremely helpful with working on a last minute suit that I needed for a last minute interview - never the best situation!

Janet fit me into a suit that worked within my budget, and was straightforward throughout the whole process. As Craig joined the conversation, I realized how comfortable I had become with the store and in my suit. We shared stories, laughed, and overall had a great conversation. After being measured and purchasing the suit, it was tailored in time for my interview.

I wanted to share a great experience I had with Chuck Hellman and his staff. While in Cincinnati for a work annual meeting, I needed shoes for a black tie event. Chuck transferred a pair via Uber from his Montgomery store within 45 minutes. While waiting, I was offered a beverage and he even hemmed my tux pants. Impeccable service and care by Chuck! Every aspect of my experience here was phenomenal. Craig went above and beyond to not only make me feel comfortable, but educate me on the little things that will make me look the best in the suit I bought. Whether it was picking out a belt, demonstrating knots to use with the tie I brought in, or helping me with proper storage of the suit itself, he spared no detail in the process. After my purchase, the tailoring was offered at a very competitive rate and was turned around quickly. On top of all of this, they also helped me stay within budget while still providing a quality product. You can really tell they care about their customers and the services they provide to them. I would highly recommend shopping here, even if it's something as small as a pocket square, you will be taken care of!

Craig Smith is a true professional and a gentleman. I was bogged down with work and my girlfriend made an emergency purchase for me while in town for a wedding.
