Very thorough in explaining what's wrong. As someone who knows nothing about cars, I've never felt like I was being condescended to or like they were taking advantage of my ignorance to charge me more.
Extremely good prices. Very quick at replacing or repairing tires too.

John or Jeff, both are awesome, they care about their customers no matter what. Took our car in today for what out to be a $20 dollar fix, John still treated me like my business meant something to him. Its why I don't go anywhere else.

I have gone to Heartland for my repairs since I bought my car last February. I think the prices are reasonable and the staff is professional. The wait times are fast, much better than Moffitt's. So far, I haven't had any issues with repairs by Heartland, which is definitely a good thing!

My water pump was going out on my car and I set up an appointment and dropped it off at Heartland to have it replaced. As they were working on the car I decided to have a tune up done so I called and asked John if it was possible to do that after the water pump. They were booked to the max already for the day but that didn't matter! John added it to the list anyway. When they removed the head of the motor he noticed a problem, the head gasket was leaking. He called me immediately to notify me of the situation. I told him to do wat was needed and I I would pay. We went from $730 up to almost $950. I asked him to do what he could to help me financially and he did exactly that! Great employees who do the job 100% correctly and amazing customer service. Don't even think twice just call them with any issue and the will do everything they can to get you back on the road. I won't be going anywhere else. Shout out to John, Jeff, and all the staff at Heartland. You guys are the best!

Jeff and John have always been great to work with. One of the rare places I trust to work on classic cars and communicate their progress. They take care of the vehicles in possession, do it right the first time or make it right and go above and beyond. When I was out of town they dropped off a vehicle at my house when it was complete.

I'd like to extend my sincere gratitude to Manager John for his exceptional customer service at Heartland Automotive. After a disappointing experience with Beckley Automotive in Des Moines, where I encountered a 125% upcharge on car parts, I decided to reach out to Heartland Auto for assistance. Upon discovering this issue, I opted to procure the necessary parts directly from BMW.

Upon contacting John and explaining my situation, he promptly agreed to accommodate my request to install the parts while charging only for labor. True to his word, John efficiently serviced my BMW, completing the job in a timely manner, and ultimately saving me a substantial amount of money.

I also want to express my appreciation to Jeff for his diligent follow-up and keeping me informed throughout the process. Heartland Automotive's commitment to transparency and providing exceptional service is evident through the outstanding leadership of individuals like John and Jeff.

Update: 2/27/24
Had a screw in my tire and not sure if it punctured. They were honest and told me it didn't puncture and didn't charge me for it. Excellent service as always!

Update: 11/1/23.
Had a valve stem issue. In and out in 30 minutes. Set up appt 10/31 afternoon for next day.

Update: 6/29/23 Just got another set of tires for a different vehicle. The prices are still great. Got an instant rebate and they are sending another rebate in for me online.

They are fair priced and were able to fit me in on a busy day to fix my tires. They still rock and are awesome!
