To say I am happy with the experience I had with Heartland Motor Company is not enough. It was by far the best experience buying a vehicle my wife and I have ever had. Jason our sales representative was one of the nicest and most professional people I have had the privilege of working with. He knew we needed to trade in our Jeep as well as my dream of owning a truck. He let me know right when they had the perfect Chevy on the lot. I honestly thought it was a 2024 and not a 2017 because it was so clean and had such low miles. Every vehicle on the lot looked immaculate. I could not have gotten a nicer used truck at such a good price anywhere else! The entire process was seamless. The owner was also present the day we purchased our truck and made sure we were completely taken care of. These are some of the best people I have met. We will absolutely be back next time we need a vehicle. (I mean truck) If you are looking for a vehicle make sure you hit up Jason at Heartland Motor Company.

My business partner and I needed a truck for lawn care company. Heartland Motor Company staff were so helpful and answered all our questions. They had a great selection of trucks and we left with our F250 that day! The brand new facility has such a high end feel. Overall a great experience without having to go to the larger dealerships in town. It's nice to have a dealership like this so close to home!

I had a wonderful experience! Since this dealership is new to Woodward, I had no idea what to expect when I went in. I was greeted with nothing but a warm welcome, and great conversation! Eric was very professional and transparent. I didn't feel like I was trying to be won over by anybody either. If I could give a higher rating I absolutely would. We needed to purchase a secound car for my commute to work. We drove 2 hours to look at a vehicle on their lot. The sales man was amazing. No pressure just conversation. I was able to work the price out on the phone before I made the drive and this company stuck to their word. The jeep was everything they claimed it to be. Once the paperwork began we talked with some other staff members. Everyone was great. All freindly and down to earth, even calling to check up and make sure we where happy. I would recommend anyone give them a look, you won't be disappointed. My youngest will be needing a car in the future and this will be the first place we look. I can't stress enough how wonderful everyone was. Even the building they work out of was comfortable to be in. They had an entertainment center set up for kids and some refreshments while we waited. They definitely made the drive worth it. Thanks again for everything, and we look forward to seeing you in the future

Outstanding customer service, I was talking with Jacob (one of the owners) about what I was looking for in a second vehicle and gave him a price range . Within a few days he had found exactly what I was looking for in a car and in the right price range. I went to the lot to check out the car and Jacob pointed out a few things that needed attention and he fixed them while keeping it within the price range. I was very impressed with Jacob’s attention to details and honesty… I will need to buy a truck this summer and will absolutely go back to see Jacob …
