Friendly staff. Lots of gift ideas. Pandora charms. Clothing for all ages. If passing through again will definitely stop to shop again.

This place has pretty things but if you go in this store you'd better be dressed to impress otherwise you are treated like a criminal. This happened to a friend of mine. The owners actions were over the top . She was dressed to go to her job and was immediately treated like a second class citizen . This store has lost some good customers due to her actions

They have very nice expensive things. I showed another shopper inside the store this link backpack that I couldn't afford and continued to look around with my two year old. As I was leaving the store a blonde lady that worked there said come here to the lady bought this for you. Handed me a link shopping bag with the backpack I wanted!! I was so excited and cried and said is she still here so can thank her? She said no she left already. This happened last Friday the zipper totally fell off the backpack when I brought it in today to exchange it the manager said she can't do anything with a receipt. Well I never got a receipt because I don't even know who bought it for me!!! I gave her the date and time and she still refused to exchange it. I asked for owner numbr and would not give it. Very dissatisfied

Lovely ladies run HeartStrings. Very helpful. Bought a Pandora bracelet for my daughter, and one for myself. They don't rush you and are helpful in finding Pandora charms. One of the most Unique shops in Bowling Green and the only place that sells Pandora. Also,

Very nice place to shop for unique gifts. The staff wasn't the friendliest. I was there at about 4. The sign on the door said they closed at 5. They started turning the lights off while I was trying to shop and some of the cashiers were staring me down. I felt rushed.

I have been shopping here for years so when I needed to purchase a gift I instantly thought of heartstrings. My experience this time was awful! The sales ladies are very rude and pretentious. They were not happy to help and they wrapped a present upon my request using stained and ripped paper. I chose to accept the poorly wrapped package rather than having them redo their shorty work simply because I couldn’t stand to be around them any longer. I decided that I would just choose to never shop there again.

I returned a gift and was given a store credit. I was told there was no expiration date. When I returned to the store to make a purchase I was told the credit had been placed in the original purchaser's name and was not showing up. The credit had already been used but not by me. The clerk said the credit should've been placed in my name but never offered me another option. I will NEVER set foot in that store again. $65 credit gone.
