I have been coming here for years, but NEVER again after today. I had 2 flats fixed last week~one with a rock break and the other a nail, and the same 2 tires went flat again. I called to see if they would honor their service, and was told yes, if it was a defective patch. One man who was there last week eventually came to see what I wanted, and I explained the situation. He did acknowledged I had been there last week and they fixed 2 tires but told the owner that 1 of the tires weren't fixed by them last week because there was no arrow showing where the valve stem went on one of the tires. I was basically called a liar. I don't know if the young man forgot the arrow? Perhaps they DIDN'T even do anything with tire after it left my truck. I told the owner I wasn't lying, and did nothing to fix the situation. It's sad a local can't trust a business to stand behind their work and listen to a customer. I DID NOT LIE!!

This service station is excellent and has the best service around. Also the cheapest can of soda this side of the Mississippi. For about 2 years the owner had a gold tooth on one of his front teeth, he went and fixed it, so that’s a little disappointing, but all in all, it’s a great place to get gas, tires, repairs and a soda and candy bar.

I thought I died and came back 50 years ago when I pulled in. Before I could turn the keys off a polite young man said, "Can I fill it up for you, Mam?" Well, I didn't need fuel. I needed a tire repair. I had limped in with a nail in a tire, loosing air fast and a load of hay on my truck. I was immediately directed where I could pull the truck and in minutes the tire was off and being repaired. This 15 year old young man was better trained and more efficient and any tire shop I have ever been to. He had the tire off, patched, remounted and balanced in about 20 minutes and I was back on the road. I highly recommend this service station. No nonsense, fair price, and great service! Next time I am in Osage City, I will be stopping in again.

One of my favorite places they give you full service can't beat that in rain cold or snow, they even give you a smile and tires to they check your oil water, tires put in window cleaner take checks cash or credit cards, ask for Dave
