While I did not get the gentleman's name that helped me, he was professional and flexible with my request. I just needed to have a clasp replaced for a gold chain my wife wears with a pendant that signifies our family. He said I could get it back in 6 days and when I said I was hoping for right away, he said he could do it in 30-45 minutes. I came back an hour later the chain was ready and the price was less than originally quoted (it was fair originally so it just got better). I will definitely use them again and have already told 2 people about them. THANKS for the work!

I had ordered a baby bracelet for my godson from here and it was everything I could of asked for. Buddy the owner helped me pick it out and was so patient and also a really cool guy. I could not have been more pleased with purchasing from this place. I just ordered another custom made piece of jewelry and I can't wait for it. I highly recommend coming here ! 🙂

Left my ring to be fix.The price he told me it will be $60.My husband went to pick it up and he charge $80.I call him back and told him it wasn't right.He's response was bring it back and I quote "I will bring it back to a shape you dropp it of."He wants to spent more time to reverse to instead return $20 .He have my phone number and should call me and let me know that he will be charging me more. Be aware of SCAMER
