I didn't smell a smell? Like the other reviewers. But I didn't find anything to stand out here.
The selection was pretty low on media and electronics. About 90 percent of the store was clothes. I found it kinda annoying that it seemed like the workers followed you around. Not sure if it was because it was just a couple hours before closing or what. I'll visit again if I'm in the area but definitely won't make a special trip. It's about as bad as the Greenville store just newer!

Not too bad. One of the employees is flirting with male customers she is attracted to. It is very unethical and she should be let go of the position. She is very easy to recognize. Always fixed up, bunch of make up, middle aged. She treats male customers differently, better than females.

I already didn't like this place because of the fact they took over the location where the only real grocery store in Winchester was, Aldi's. Now that they're open, I can't stand them because they're charging anywhere from $3.99-5.99 for used tops. Their product is ALL donations so why do you need to make a profit 4-5xs greater than what you got it for? And the people donating to this corporation should consider donating to the homeless community who doesn't profit off of you.

Staff was not friendly! A younger big girl and an older woman talking the whole time at check out amongst themselves and said someone gave her the heebie jeebies and needed a whole bottle of sanitizer, don't know who they were talking about but very unprofessional! Will not go back!!

Walked in store smelled like rotten tuna, no one greeted me, and just stared at me never did anyone ask if I needed any help. The manger needs to do better. Or they need to find another one.

i’m giving this goodwill a 2 stars because walked in & it smelt like straight pee! even the clothes! what a shame goodwill. there was nothing there that could fit me… even no fitting rooms.. absolutely nothing

Donated some items and I lost my ring stopped to ask if it was maybe found they said oh some boxes never get opened they get shipped else were no way of finding out if it was found or not it was not fake and it was very important to me
