This company is misleading in ALL aspects. I ordered a custom dog tag. Was advised of a down payment & payment plan. Also was given a specific date it would be ready by. They dodged my calls for a week. Finally they called to say it arrived. When I went in to pick it up, it was NOTHING like what i originally ordered. The payment plan was denied and I was at a loss as to whether just take a complete loss… it’s not only a financial loss as it is an emotional one. The lady gave multiple excuses & tried to manipulate the entire conversation. The dog tag is scratched and dented. And the associate was of no assistance to rectify the situation. I’m at a loss and saddened by this company’s action. The dog tag was for my father who is a Veteran of the United States Army, commended school board director, and a pillar of his local community. This item is ALL he asked for, for his birthday. I couldn’t even give it to him on his special day. Now it is prolonged further as I will have to seek out a REAL jeweler to fix their shabby work. And hopefully it is real white gold. I will post with an update.
