O/O here, first time at this facility, very polite peoples, i was way early on my appointment, either way they squeezed me in which I’m very thankful for it, in and out in no time.
PS: dirt lot it’s only for regular drop and hook carriers. Do whatever extra you need to do to the load on the same spot were they put your trailer after loaded.

Overall: i had a nice experience

Just can’t not give this place a review…I have picked up many loads of wallboard from this location, and of all the wallboard places I’ve hauled from, this place seems to have a great plan…the yard dog operators are amazing and do the best they can to get drivers in and out as quick as possible…I’ve only had to wait one time at this facility…99% of the time the tarps are in proper order, and most that has to be done is tighten straps, maybe throw x straps, and throw some bungies…. negative things of this place, sometimes not enough space to drop an empty trailer, but the biggest negative, if it has or is raining, the lot is going to be 4” in mud…throw some gravel or shale down please…

I delivered here in June/10/21.
Check-in and unload was fast. People was really nice!
For dry van drivers: once you turn into Mill road you will see a big sign (can't miss it). Entrance is at the right side of it. Just park in the right side before you hit the railroad cross (there's a 10 miles speed limit sign to use as a reference) and go to the yellow steps in front of you to check-in!

Not sure why they rather have drivers drop their trailer then they hook your trailer up and load and tarp it for you. These guys dont know how to handle a split axle, they will drag,bounce your tires, and twist your aluminum trailer.
We are perfectly capable of manuevering and securing the load on OUR trailers. Not to mention they take forever

They got 1 receiving dock, plan yourself early dry van loads, receiving guy was quick and effective. Receiving 7 am to 2.30 pm
