If I could put negative stars I definitely would! Guy working at the desk kept saying he was gonna slam heads against floors if people that were looking at stuff broke anything. My card wouldn't read (has read at all other stores) so we didn't get anything. Was going to spend 200 there. As we were walking out they were telling other people that it wasn't their problem our card wouldn't work we could go somewhere else. Walmart is way cheaper!

One star earned because the store is well organized and clean. One star earned due to the decent prices on a few items in their pretty good sized clearance section.

Negatives: First time in the store last night. I purchased four games. The employee was too busy talking with his friend who was in the store instead of helping me find the games I was looking for to get for my classroom. He provided zero customer service. When I checked out, I asked about the spend $30 save $5 signs around the store. He showed me the sign then said, "but, we'd rather give you a free teddy bear instead of the $5 off." I said "no, bu thanks." And then he gave me the total, without taking the $5 off. He was confused thinking that I then chose to have neither the $5 off nor the teddy bear. I said I wanted the $5 off. His response was, "I hate doing this." Then, I thought the price seemed a bit high. So, I asked him to confirm the prices that were on the clearance stickers. He said that everything looked fine. I reluctantly swiped my card. To then see on the receipt that one of the games rang up 50% off instead of 60% off, with a difference os $2.25 plus sales tax. I asked him to please adjust this and credit back my card. He said he didn't know how. I said, fine, let's return the item, and then I'll repay for it with the correct price. He said, "that sounds sketchy." I asked him how he suggests I get my money back and he said, "Come back tomorrow." I asked when the manage for owner would be in next, and he said, "hopefully tomorrow." I know it is only $2.25 plus tax, but I do not enjoy being overcharged and then receiving terrible customer service.

We just attempted to walk in with three children in tow to have an employee yell at us to get out, he was turning on alarm and not helping anyone, he was leaving for lunch. Continued to be irate with many customers in store and him running around belligerent enough he was making my children question if they were doing something wrong. I won't let this experience slide for sure and will be contacting any higher ups.

Upon loading kids up in car, he sure was "needing to eat and take lunch". I truly wonder what he did to the customers still in the store as I guarantee he had no intention of letting anyone check out.

Would give 0 if able! Over paid for game that was "on sale" when I open it a week later parts are missing and can not do anything more without a receipt. $20 down the drain!

My wife and I love this store but our experience on 2 March 21, was the worst ever. The lady working the store was on the phone yelling at her kids when we walked in, and as we were checking out she couldn't bother to put the phone down for a personal phone call she was on. Worst customer experience ever had in 2 years.

This company bought out a entire company just for 3 locations in California that they wanted to use shutting down all the other stores and firing 2000 employees from the company they bought out on christmas not to mention your lucky if the door is unlocked as they constantly lock it to go on cigarette breaks or hide in the back of the store to sleep.

I think there was only one person working but she did a phenomenal job. She managed to answer everyone's questions and check everyone out while keeping an incredible friendly attitude. Would definately recommend.

This place was okay at best. Went in the middle of July and they didnt have their air conditioning on so it was ridiculously humid/moist in there. It was miserable honestly. Just wanted to get out of the store.
