As a shoe nerd and casual runner, I love to pop in the store and see what's new. I have bought several pairs of shoes from the running shop and always have a very nice experience. They are helpful and patient. They are not pushy, and it's a simple and easy experience. No lines, and no crowds! They also have some great deals on closeouts.

I needed new running shoes and Mr. Erik was a huge help! I tried on so many shoes and he was extremely patient, kind, and knowledgeable about all the different pairs to help me pick the best ones for me. They have other types of running gear here as well if you’re in need of hats or sunglasses. Thank you Mr. Erik, I will definitely be back!

I was happy cause I taught I found a store that would keep me on the road here within the Galveston Area. Although I bought 3 pairs of shoes from this location I was bummed that they didn’t offer reward points for every purchase ( trust me they add up). The last time I went in I felt like the representative tricked me into buying a returned pair of shoes. The representative told me “their location was the first to roll out” ghost 16s I flipped it over they had mud on the bottom I didn’t care much. I tried the pair, it was a bit tight. I asked to try a 9.5 and the male in his late 50s said “they don’t make them in half sizes” At that moment I was commuting from Texas City to Fleet Feet Near TMC in Houston (Greenbriar road) So I wasn’t thrilled about that 150mile round trip. I listened to him and I took that pair to “wear in”.. 3 weeks in I had the worst looking toenails out of my whole 8000mile pointless career.. needless to say they do have 1/2 sizes. From here on out I will be ordering my shoes online at the brooks website. They honor their returns and they don’t lie to make a sell. If you wish I can Verified the purchase Here. I have no reason to lie. Just a disappointed avid runner that’s all.
