Pem is very professional. When prom was canceled in 2020, I immediately called Pem to ask what was going to happen? She assured me that the payment for the tux rental would be a store credit until we needed it. I held on tight to that receipt for 2 years. I called Pem on Monday to make an appointment for this years prom and mentioned that we had paid for a Tuxedo back before the world shut down. She said, then we still had the store credit… Exactly what she had told me in March 2020. Plus the credit is transferable to another person, if I wish. That is the perks of shopping local. I’m gonna bet, no big box Tux rental store would still honor 2 years later, let alone still have their copy of the receipt. Thanks Pem!

Pem is the owner of Gallery Gifts and Bridal. She is an absolute Godsend. She has beautiful selections for a quarter of the price. She's so flexible and easy to work with and she's always so kind. I loved working with Pem on my wedding details!

Anybody with a bad review is just mad because they didn't read the fine print. Your changing needs dont change the service that was provided.

We rented a tux for my son for prom. Due to COVID19, prom is not gonna happen. Pem will not give a refund! She wants to just hold on to the $200 until my 18 year old son need a tux again! That will be several years and who says she will still be in business?!? I will never shop there again and I'm reporting her to the BBB. I didn't just hand her a $200 donation!!!

Due to Covid the event we were attending was cancelled 3 years ago. I was worried after that amount of time the payment/fitting would have been lost. She assured us that all I needed to do was to get refitted. She is an amazing lady and I will never go to anyone else for a formal fitting. The big box stores wouldn’t have kept my info for that long.
