This has been my go to place this year for framing, gifts and any wild idea I could think in terms of customization. Thay haven't disappointed and I can say it was worth every penny I saved.

The recent work they did on my Christmas stockings in terms of embroidery came out way better than I expected.
The couple is kind and respectful.

The lady is nice but her husband is extremely rude. I received a good order for them in 2023, but now they have stuff on display that they don’t sell anymore. Not a bad spot for plaques but anything else is hit or miss with them.

Fantastic service friendly. Inexpensive and easy to get in and out of. They replaced the glass on a very old print and cleaned up the frame, did a fantastic job. It was very inexpensive and I could not be more impressed with how well this old print from the '80s turned out

I’ve always gone to twitches for my PCS or ETS awards. I appreciate that they can do big grandiose things and also really simple things, but regardless they are done with the same care and quality. Pricing is always fare and reasonable and usually cheaper than when I’ve shopped elsewhere, which is why I always come back. You can’t beat the price for the quality anywhere.

Twitches is a wonderful, unique, locally owned business.
They do beautifil custom framing.
It is an eclectic store, with many interesting objects (from custom jewelry, natural mineral pieces, clothing sn numerous other items. It's great place to browse, admire the goofies

This place is great, especially if you are looking for a custom award, plaque, project, etc. Customer service is on par, they will work with you and pretty much make anything. They also have a second wood shop if your project requires it. I reccomend this business and will definitely be going back.

New management is having issues with giving venders a proper timeline of when they will be payed. Something along of the lines of the "books being off" and how I essentially have to deal with it.
