Went to purchase a couple vapes after getting off work, cashier I’ve never saw before asked me to leave because I had a utility knife on my belt that I use for work daily. Out of the hundreds of businesses I’ve been in I’ve never had an issue before. If those are their set rules they should be posted on the front door being that the majority of Americans legally carry a firearm and anyone who works a blue collar job is going to have a knife on their person. I’ve spent a lot of money in this store, but I’ll be taking my money else where from now on.

Sam helped me and he was so nice. It’s easier to deal with nice people. He also told me if I have any problems to come back. Also cheaper than Lords or any of the shops. So thanks Dam

Not sure why this place even has a phone. They NEVER EVER EVER answer it!!!! They have had the product I need, but sometimes don’t and I’m not close. I don’t want to drive a far distance to find out it’s out of stock. Probably won’t ever return for this very issue.

Best shop in a 50 mile radius, possibly the entire greater Cincinnati area. Always has the most up to date inventory & they know their products. Overall this place has great selection, great staff and everything that I need for my day-day. A huge added bonus is the card loyalty program, once you buy the 5th or 6th of something you were going to buy anyway you get an additional one FREE.

Am still decently new to vaping so I have been going to different stores close to home. This is the best vape shoppe I've been too so far. Tons of flavors as well as other products and a nice selection of vapes. And good information. I had been getting some bad information from other vape shoppe staff about tips and tricks and techniques. These guys know their stuff even what kind of device works better for you

This has become my go to shop in 2023 after years of going to Club Vape. The location is super convenient for me and they carry all the juices and pods I need. Anytime I have a suggestion or request they are happy to add that product to their shelves. Top notch operation so far!

Always friendly. Willing to help out there's cigars are always fresh and their cigar room. I really like the place I have bought one of their pipes from there. Works out very well. Doesn't get clogged like my standard wooden ones. Do great novelty stuff in there like torches and cigarette lighters. It's a really fun place to browse if you're looking for something different
