There are a few good workers, but most are not friendly or helpful i've stood at the deli counter 5-10 minutes with workers standing in front of me talking to each other and side eyeing me, but never attempting to ask if I need something. I've come across a ton of produce that was rotten and had mold. If you ask for assistance or a price check, or ask for them to check to see if they have something not displayed, they act like you have asked them to move mountains.. You have to be very cautious because things don't always ring up the correct price. I ordered prom flowers and received the incorrect ribbon (even after showing her the photo I took of the ribbon and order ticket she tried to say it was the right ribbon when it clearly was not) along with brown wilted flowers. They usually only have 1 checkout lane open and have a 15 item limit on self check out, so that is very frustrating. I've not personally experienced it myself, but there have been a lot of instances of workers being rude and causing scenes with customers. Again, I'm not saying they are all like this, but a majority are.. I have started shopping in Corbin and only go in Food City if I absolutely need something right that minute, that can not be found at any of the other local stores.

New "15 item" limit at the self checks got us all in here standing for 20 minutes just to check out. If you're gonna cut off your registers at least hire some fast people!

Food city was clean and shelves stocked unlike the other big store around! Great ice cream selection! Friendly employees! Needs more sales!

It’s always pretty busy. Which I know some people find annoying but to me is more a sign of a good store, more people shopping there. The staff is always help and very friendly. The florist does great work and the deli is pretty good too! The prices can be a little high on some things but the store over all is very good. Well maintained and clean too.

The gas perks are nice but they do carry some things I can't find anywhere else. The staff are always pleasant and the store is very nice and clean.

Great store love there deals especially when they do the 12 for 10.
Can't say much tho on the deli haven't had good reactions from them. When I stopped by for a quick lunch or simply question a worker from that very department got flat out rude and started coughing on the food. I lwalked off finished my shopping and left immediately. Store is great ..deli needs to get a few new workers

Great shopping experience. Clean store and friendly staff. I Always look forward to stopping in. I like to visit and do my studies with their Guest Wifi. My favorite part is seeing the wildlife outside. Great location.
