If you need something done with embroidery, this is the place! I had an emergency order needed because another company had messed up on my order. I walked in and let them know I needed a rush order (which I was not expecting them to be able to do as it’s mid graduation season). The ladies there were so nice at drop off and pick up. Not only did they do a rush order for me, but they got it done a day earlier so I could mail it off to my little in Colorado. It looked amazing! I am forever grateful for the kindness I received coming here! 10/10 recommend and will be back!

I’ve had several pieces monogrammed here and they’ve always done a great job. Today I ran in for a last minute graduation gift. They had a gorgeous bag in stock. I was able to pay a $15 rush fee and pick it up this afternoon. They even knew the right red to use for U of Arkansas. Super happy - great customer service.

Great work and it didn’t take that much time! Brought in a baby blanket on Saturday the 22nd and it was done and ready for pickup on Wednesday the 26th. The stitching looks perfect! I’ve seen low quality embroidery but this was high high quality! Paid $14 and some change for a very good sized embroidery. If you want high quality work, this is the place to be. Will definitely be using them again. Pictures included, blue is the top and grey is underneath.

I needed a letterman jacket embroidery done, and I stopped by several places that don’t actually do real embroidery. This place does! I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. They planned the work, checked with us for correctness, made adjustments, and did an excellent job at a frankly very reasonable price. I couldn’t be happier!

To say these people have great customer service would be an understatement. This company's customer service is second to none. I ordered two custom patches and I feel like I was treated like I was ordering 10,000 patches. They were unbelievably helpful and responsive all the way through the process, even allowing me to send them a special glow in the dark thread I wanted used. I will absolutely be using them again. Customer for life.

Great Experience with Dana. My roofing company dropped off over 50 pieces of hats and shirts. 3 logo's different locations on each piece. All under a 4 day timeline. Quality, customer service and turnaround time all were ON Point! Exactly what one hopes for when dealing with professionals. Her many years experience shine through.
Cute shop as well, many nice unique items. I'd highly recommend checking it out.!

Communication is key, not for these people. Technically they got the job done. After communicating with the owner I was given the estimate for what I wanted (max and minimum: I could afford it) I pick up the order, and I’m out almost $300 and the design was not what we had sent.
Overall, would not recommend.

UPDATE: IT HAPPENED AGAIN!!
This time they destroyed one of our shirts and didn't tell us. Are over a week behind schedule, and still way overcharge from what the estimate was. AND THEY'RE STILL NOT DONE.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. SO RUDE.
