I tried to find the broken picture but I couldn't find it, but let me tell you, Chris; did wonders here. This was passed down from my grandfather and Chris treated it like it was his own. Not only did he fix the broken portion but he also cleaned it which I didn't ask him to do.

I wish I could do more stars because of how impressed I am with his professionalism. I highly recommend anybody with any jewelry issues to come here.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I went today on the advice of a client of mine. I also read so many positive reviews I had to check it out. I had gained weight from a heart condition so all of my rings needed to be extended (even an heirloom honoring my mother’s passing).

Not only are they fast, they went the extra mile for me with one of the rings (my fault) needing a bit more extending. 10 minutes with such a positive environment.

I've used Fine Repairs' services 5 times now I believe (and I'm even waiting on another piece as I write this review!), and I will keep coming back as long as I have jewelry that needs repairing or adjusting! Aside from the friendly service and EXCELLENT craftsmanship, there is one thing I particularly appreciate about this shop.

Not once have I brought in an expensive piece of jewelry for repair. My pieces have all been extremely modest, but have been very meaningful or special to me in one way or another (he did a GORGEOUS job restoring my late grandmother's neglected silver and chip-diamond bridal set from the 50s, for instance). Each piece I have brought for sizing or repair has been treated with the same level of care and craftsmanship that you'd imagine a $10k piece of jewelry would receive. I have never once felt that my business is less appreciated because I have a small job vs a larger one. That means so much to me. And you know, if I'm ever fortunate enough to own a piece of jewelry worth $10k or more, I would be just as eager to bring it in here for repair or maintenance as any of the past half dozen I've brought!!

One thing to keep in mind if you're shopping around for a repair or adjustment of some kind: the prices here are not going to be the same as, say, a jewelry repair kiosk at the mall. But I bet you that your repair job isn't going to be the same either. That being said, I have not ever felt that a price I've been quoted is unfair! Ring repair/soldering and sizing prices are mainly the type I've been quoted for and are VERY FAIR. Materials and overhead can be costly. Moreover, people deserve to be paid their worth, and you receive a highly skilled and talented craftsperson to entrust your jewelry with in return.

If you do business here, you won't be disappointed.

Chris did an amazing job resizing and fixing my ring and the BONUS was that it was all done in-house in about an hour. I had a few concerns regarding my engagement ring that was worked on previously from a different jeweler and he was able to provide options on how we could address those concerns. Now, my ring is perfect. I’m very happy and would highly recommend.
