Turned in a u-haul. Turn in time per u-haul contract started in Missouri of 1630. Store hours 1600. They were locking up the place even though uhaul.com directed us to turning in trailer there. They said it would be alright. Next day I get an additional charges for late charges on my discover. U-haul credits $20. Tried calling Ferguson only to have my number blocked, rings off the hook or sent phone call to fax machine. Very unprofessional. If your going to be a neighborhood U-haul dealer, you need to abide by the contract when you are the scheduled drop off location designated by U-haul.

When you live in small town America having a well stocked local hardware store is nice In 22 years I've been here they've had everything I needed and staffs freindly enough so I got no complaints
